Arthur Osterwald (Chief Executive Officer) -- Has 39 years of plant management and maintenance engineer experience.
Ronald McDiarmid (President) -- Has 34 years of operations and management experience in the anodizing and in the waste treatment field.
Many of Charlotte Anodizing Products' key employees have been involved in the anodizing field for over 30 years and are very familiar with troubleshooting, cost control, and quality control requirements. They have the experience and expertise to handle a variety of finishing needs in a timely manner. They maintain a hands-on control of every job with consistent quality and personal service. Charlotte Anodizing Products, Inc. believes very strongly in "doing the right thing" and has built its entire business upon that principle.
All processing operations at the facility conforms to applicable EPA, DNR, OSHA and local standards.
