Arthur Osterwald (Chief Executive Officer) -- Has 39 years of plant management and maintenance engineer experience.
Ronald McDiarmid (President) -- Has 34 years of operations and management experience in the anodizing and in the waste treatment field.
Many of Charlotte Anodizing Products' key employees have been involved in the anodizing field for over 30 years and are very familiar with troubleshooting, cost control, and quality control requirements. They have the experience and expertise to handle a variety of finishing needs in a timely manner. They maintain a hands-on control of every job with consistent quality and personal service for your 100% satisfaction. If the customer is not totally satisfied, Charlotte Anodizing Products, Inc. will perform the necessary corrections or absorb all the "pre-established" costs.
