Shipping, Receiving and Product Liability Policy

All incoming material will be checked and confirmed for actual quantities. Based upon those quantities, Charlotte Anodizing Products will strive to return 100% of all material and will guarantee a 98% return. This allows for 2% shrinkage. For all shrinkage beyond the 2% allowance, Charlotte Anodizing Products will credit back to the customer $1.50 per pound for extrusions or $4.00 per pound for coil stock times the actual pounds of material lost so that the customer can recover metal cost for their products.

All damaged material that cannot be salvaged will be bundled up and returned to the customer.
